'Made in Bangladesh' at BFI London Film Festival

Following its reality debut in Toronto International Film Festival in the coming September, Rubaiyat Hossain's 'Made in Bangladesh' will have its European debut in the 63rd BFI London Film Festival to be held from October 2 to 13.

'Made in Bangladesh' will highlight in the Debate area of the celebration where movies by François Ozon, Alex Gibney, Terrence Malick, Scott Z Burns, Ciro Guerra and other outstanding producers will be screened also.

'Made in Bangladesh' is Rubaiyat's third film which is a co-generation of Bangladesh, France, Denmark and Portugal. Khona Talkies (Bangladesh)and Les Films de l'Après-Midi (France) delivered the film while Beofilm (Denmark), Midas Films (Portugal) and Cinema Cocoon (Bangladesh) are the co-makers.

The primary cast of the film incorporates Rikita Nandini Shimu, Deepanwita Martin, Mayabe Rahman, Novera Rahman and Parvin Paru.
