Charge surrounding hearing against Sonagazi ex-OC Moazzem conceded

A Dhaka court today conceded to July 10 the consultation on charge confining against previous official in-control (OC) of Sonagazi Police Station Moazzem Hossain for a situation recorded on charges of shooting an announcement of madrasa understudy Nusrat Jahan Rafi and circling the clasp via web-based networking media.

Judge Ash Sams Joglul Hossain of Dhaka Cyber Tribunal passed the request after Moazzem's legal advisor presented an appeal looking for dismissal of the conference.

Prior in the day, Moazzem's legal advisor submitted two separate petitions - one looking for a duplicate of the Nusrat Jahan's announcement recorded by Moazzem and the other for gathering with the previous OC in nearness of police at the court jail.

The court permitted the request petitioned for Nusrat Jahan's announcement, however dismissed the other appeal.

On April 15, the case was documented by Supreme Court legal counselor Syed Sayedul Haque supposedly for account the announcement of Nusrat, a casualty of inappropriate behavior, on camera without her assent and flowing the clasp via web-based networking media.

As per the test report, the previous OC himself had recorded the video on camera and later passed the recording to another person.

The recording demonstrate that Moazzem was asking Nusrat "annoying" questions.

Nusrat, an understudy of Sonagazi Islamia Senior Fazil Madrasa in Feni's Sonagazi upazila, was set on fire on April 6 supposedly for declining to pull back a body of evidence recorded against the madrasa Principal Siraj Ud Doula for explicitly annoying her on March 27. She kicked the bucket at Dhaka Medical College Hospital on April 10.

Around the same time, the OC was pulled back as Nusrat's family asserted that he was not collaborating with them.

The police authority was suspended on May 8 over carelessness of obligation and appended to the workplace of DIG (Rangpur go).
