39th BACHSAS Award gave

Grants for 2014-2018 circulated inside and out

Bangladesh Cholochitra Sangbadik Samity (BACHSAS), the most unmistakable stage for the cine columnists, has finished its brilliant celebration this year. To check the achievement venture, BACHSAS gave grants throughout the previous five years, 2014 to 2018 by and large.

The 39th release of the BACHSAS Award service held at the fundamental assembly hall of the new Bangladesh Film Archive working in Agargaon in the capital on Friday evening.

Introduced at 11am, the day-long brilliant celebration program included workshop, the show of publications, screening of movies, and the disclosing of mug and gift.

Going to the program as the central visitor, Information Minister Hasan Mahmud gave over the honors to the victors in various classifications. Veteran performing artist Alamgir was respected with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the current year's release. In addition, five prominent identities were presented with the Emeritus Awards.

They were Syed Hasan Imam (acting and filmmaking), Kohinoor Akhtar Suchanda (acting), Sabina Yasmin (music), Mirza Abdul Khaleq (conveyance) and Faridur Reza Sagor (maker).

The jury leading group of BACHSAS chose the champs from the movies discharged amid most recent five years, 2014 to 2018. The classes of the honor incorporate Best Film, Best Director, Best Music Director, Best Singer (Male and Female), Best Cinematographer, Best Supporting Actor (Male and Female), Best Actor and Best Actress.

Noted columnist and chief Noresh Bhuiyan was the leader of BACHSAS jury board this year.
