Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar shot his last film Tiger Zinda Hai on a 65-day schedule at multiple locations in Abu Dhabi.
His next project, Bharat will also be filmed in Abu Dhabi. Starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, the film is an official remake of Korean film, Ode To My Father.
Ali took to Twitter to announce that the team is headed to Abu Dhabi for their next leg. "All set for Abu Dhabi, next destination team Bharat," he tweeted. The film was supposed to supposed to star Priyanka Chopra in the lead but she backed out of the project. Katrina Kaif was then roped in for the film.
The team wrapped up their schedule in Malta this month.Khaleej Times.
