‘Gohin Baluchor’ coming on small screen on Eid day



After its release on the big screen in December last year, Badrul Anam Soud’s directorial debut film ‘Gohin Baluchor’ is now coming to the small screen on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr. The audience will now get an opportunity of enjoying the film on Deepto TV this Eid day.
With an exceptional ensemble cast, ‘Gohin Baluchor’ saw its release in 26 cinemas across the country. The film stars newcomers Abu Hurayra Tanvir, Neelanjona Nila and Jannatun Noor Moon in the leading roles. Besides veterans like Suborna Mustafa, Raisul Islam Asad, Fazlur Rahman Babu and talented actors like Jeetu Ahsan, Shahadat Hossain and Shormy Mala, among others, have played important roles in ‘Gohin Baluchor’.
Shot in a char of Barishal district, the story of the film mainly revolves around two families of a char.
Badrul Anam Soud said about the story, “The story of the film is about the country and its people. It is the story of riverine people and their joy and woes, love and hatred and all of it is surrounded by the nature. The film is a reflection of the conflicts and the harmonies between man and nature.”
Noted musician Emon Saha has directed the music for the film.
To note, supported by a government grant, the film has been co-produced by Saatkahon and Friend Movies.
