Poramon 2’, a romantic drama film directed by Raihan Rafi, is going to be released in the countrywide cinema halls on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
The film is the sequel to the 2013 hit film ‘Poramon’ which was directed by Zakir Hossain Raju.
Young artistes Siam Ahmed and Puja Cherry Roy have played lead roles in the film.
‘Poramon 2’ will be Siam’s first-ever big screen appearance where he will play the role of Sujon Shah. The film featured a special song paying tribute to the late iconic hero Salman Shah.
After getting selected for the Marche du Film section in the Cannes Film Festival, ‘Poramon 2’ had its first premier in this festival.
The film was scheduled to release during Pahela Baishakh this year, but it is finally coming to cinemas this Eid.
