Tausif-Tisha under shadow of Razzak-Kobori

Pairing up together in a tele-drama, Tausif and Tanjin Tisha, two young artistes of the current generation, are set to appear with the unique avatars under the shadow of a very successful pair of the country’s silver screen, Razzak and Kobori.
The duo will be seen in the tele-drama titled ‘Monjure’ directed by Rahat Mahmud. The screenplay of the tele-drama has been scripted jointly by Zafrin Sadia and Taimur Mahmud Shomik. Dhaka Live has news that the shooting of the tele-drama completed recently in Gazipur’s Bhadum Bazar.
Director Rahat Mahmud said, “I have tried to make the tele-drama under the shadow of the  films from the 80s, in those Razzak and Kobori used to act. The story of the tele-drama is also very filmic. Everything of the village and city has been portrayed in the filmic style here. I found the work was very interesting.”
In the story of ‘Monjure’, Tausif takes shelter at the house of his maternal uncle in his childhood after the sudden death of his parents in a tragic incident. After becoming an orphan, Tausif, who was raised in a well-off family in the city, realises the harsh reality of life. Even then, he finds his cousin Tanjin Tisha is the only harbour of ease in his life.
On the other hand, Tisha dreams to be a film heroine. She needs two lakh taka to make her dream come true while a director with his team comes to the village for the shooting. Now, the audience will see the dramatic twist and turns in the story.
The tele-drama will be aired on a satellite TV channel soon, director informed.
