Mehazabein has starred in Liberation-War-based themes before, but ‘Ekhono Adhare’ portrays a different story of the Liberation War. Based on a story by Hasan Mohammad Tarek, the telefilm tells a modern-day love story against the backdrop of that epic event.
In the telefilm Mehazabein will be seen acting opposite another popular actor Jovan. The duo will be seen playing the role of a modern-day couple.
About acting in the telefilm, Mehazabein said, “I really like the story of ‘Ekhono Adhare’. I have tried my best to portray my role well.”
She also added there were many unknown stories of the Liberation War, and ‘Ekhono Adhare’ explored that unknown area.
The cast of the telefilm also includes Khairul Alam Sabuj, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Shelly Ahsan and others.
The telefilm will go on air soon this month.
